Pokémon Scarlet Violet stats for Gen 9 OU format. Competitive stats, moves, terastalize types, movesets, natures, abilities, and EV spreads for undefined, undefined!Not sure how it fares in OU considering Pex/Bliss/Ferro all can take Water Spouts. 252+ Atk EQ 3HKO's Pex and 4HKO's Blissey, and 252+ Def Body Press would only 5HKO SpD Ferro, which would also set up 3 Spikes and/or Leech Seed, as well as incur Iron Barbs/Rocky Helmet. Rillaboom can ignore Trick Room and Glide all over it.Aside from the Smeargle loophole, I think the widest are Mew and Mewtwo, Clefable and Clefairy, then Gallade, but really, best is pretty subjective, since you don't necessarily need a lot of moves to have a great movepool, you just need enough of the right ones to have a few solid sets.
